Bidding: Interested bidders must fill out a "Bidders Sign-in Form" before placing a bid on the car. Once it is filled out, go tout to the car and write your bid below the previous bid with white windshield chalk. Bids will be in incremants of $100. Winnings will be announced on the final day of the auction (usually a Sunday). Any eligible bidders is required to honor his/her bid. A bid is a promise to buy. Youcannot chage your mind after offering the highest bid.

Payment: Aminimum 10% down payment must be placed on the vehicle by cash, check or credit card on auction day. Full payment is due within three days; failure to remit full payment on the vehicle will result in forefeiture of your down payment.

Financing: If financing is requested, Gulliver will make every effort to assist the buyer in obtaining financing. However, Gulliver cannot guarantee financing. We recommend that you receive preauthorization/prequalification for financing before you bid on a vehicle.

Inspection: After placing the winning bid on a car and paying the minimumu ten percent deposit you have 48 hours to inspect the car. The car must be inspected at the Car Connection Center. You may bring your own mechanic to inspect the car. (Gulliver will provide a hoist if requested.) You may also requeste a test drive of the vehicle, in which case aGulliver ca advisor will accompany you.

Guarantee: Gulliver guarantees full disclosure of vehicle history on all auction vehicles. A full safety inspection is performed on every vehicle, as well. Gulliver performes frame and mechanical inspections of each vehicle ofr the benefit of buyers, and discloses any prior damage or mechanical issues. However, all vehcles are sold "as is" unless otherwise stipulated.
